I see that Prestashop uses Jira. Can you share your experiences? Did you have any online discussions (like on Old Nabble) about which project management / bug tracking software to use? Can you share a link?
Also, while I've had no trouble installing any opensource PHP software so far (really there isn't much to it - download, extract, upload, point browser to a page, type in db and other details, and thats it), the Jira documentation seem quite dense and I haven't been able to find any good step-by-step guide. Can anyone from PS team direct me?
