A customer ships all over the United Kingdom - But some postcodes are charged an extra charge e.g Scottish Highlands Northern Scotland Northern Wales Southern Devon Is their an option to deifine prices base on postcode within the UK PAF Address's? Like Zones? On the Front Office side, the customer could have a dropdown box (see attached) The customer is then defined a "surcharge" for selected areas I solved this by: - having a shipping zone "United Kingdom (highlands & islands)" - in countries, set the UK as having 'states' - in the states, set up all the counties of the UK, but those in counties where you want to charge more, set the zone to the one above. This way the shipping zone is driven by the value the customer enters in the state (I changed the label to 'County') 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
