Payment Received in Pay Pal, No Record of Order in PS BO

I received notification of payment for an order from Pay Pal. When checking the BO there is no trace of any order shown, nothing in the cart, no customer registration.

Searching the forum shows that there has been similar but not the same problem before. One comment was that the details were shown some 24+ hours later. I have checked the cart entries for the day and since but no entries are missing or out of sequence.

Does anybody have any idea what this could be??

Any answers would be gratefully received.

i aslo waiing for this Error , i am wating More than 10days ,

you know , i think . in this forum if we have money , we can get hire some developer and fix our errors , free help hard to get in this forum .
may be i am right .

i also face the same problem . payment received in paypal .. but back back office no any order forum . i did fresh installation 1.4.3

This was a clean install to PS 1.3.3 and Pay Pal V 1.7.1.

Previous to this happening, payments registration etc was not a problem on this site.

Contacted my customer who said she did not have any problem with the order, I am awaiting further information from her.
