delraydavis Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 I have one of those really fun intermittent errors. No has been able to reproduce this reliably but it is a very legit issue. Every so often Prestashop seems to lose track of what customer id is being used. Therefore when the round trip to authorize completes, and the customer should see a very pretty confirmation screen they get a "Bad customer id" message. In the back end it shows as a payment error.Has anyone run into this before and if so how did you go about solving? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
