Message for when product is not available for order

Hi again guys,

I'm building a catalog style shop which some products will show a price but not be available for order and have an enquiry button (that's fine, I've done that bit!)

However, when not showing a price and not available for order, I'd like to display a message which says something a long the lines of "Call for best price"

Gotta be fairly easy for you guys that know you're way around the smarty code Thanks!
