Conversion rate right or wrong?

Conversion rate from one unit of your shop's default currency (for example, 1€) to this currency. For example, if the default currency is euros and this currency is dollars, type '1.52' 1€ = $1.38

those text is copied from Currencies setup. i got no idea why type '1.52' while 1€ = $1.38 ?

besides, my default currency is USD, and i set the conversion rate with 0.704225, is that right or wrong ?
