收到paypal支付后，无法在Order里看到订单，及其它几个问题

我有几个问题:
1.客户用paypal支付后（用“Payments by credit cards: CB , Visa, Mastercard and PayPal account”支付方式），我无法在order里看到订单，但是用支票付款时，点了"I confirm order"后能看到，请问有没有相应的解决办法？
2。能否在客户的购物车（Customers下的”Cart summary“）里就看到物品的"Attributes “，然后如果有些没货的，我可以删掉他。
