currency and other problem

Hi guys, sorry to disturb you'll but i have no other option

1. the currency formatting that is showed in cart is different than rupees as their is no option in back office to change other than euro and dollars, what am i suppose to do ??

2. I want to remove the shipping process step from checkout i.e directly take default carrier and go ahead ??

3. For "send a friend" i want that email should also be sent to administrator e-mail address or any email address

Plzzzz help guys
