Prestashop Official Newsletter - Send & track Module purchased from addons doesn't work

Hi,

I purchased the newsletter - send & track from addons and my developer installed it on a fresh 1.4.1 prestashop install as we are migrating over the this new version. My developer installed the module

The issues is that it doesn't work

And now go to backoffice > Modules > Other Modules > PrestaNewsLetter v1.6

1. The newsletter can't be html formatted (like in the screenshot above)
2. Existing template can't be loaded.
3. You can't send the newsletter. I tried only 'Send email to test'.

Basically nothing works.

Can anyone help me or Prestashop can you provide some guidance please?
