How to add a 'guide' link for each category in category block

Hi,
I want to add a 'guide' link for each category in category block. I want this link to be on the same level as sub-categories. It should be something like:
Cat1: * subCat1 * subCat2 .... * subCatn * guide
Cat2: * subCat1 * subCat2 .... * subCatn * guide
I know how to add a link at the end of category list but I really don't know how to add a different link for each category.
