Issues with 1.4 setup

Hi,
I have a few questions/problems hope someone can help.

1. I want to increase the size of the logo on the PDF, I have tried the solution below but i get error: FPDF error: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

2. On the Employees tab and then Customer Services, if a customer has sent a message and i click on to it i have a random section to the right showing the customers order history total...but in Euros....my shop is in Pounds. Image is attached.

3. Also staying on the Customer Services area, how do i change the "pending 1" and "pending 2" status names? Also on image attached.

4. Is it dangerous to make a product with 3400 attirbute combinations? If so, whats the way around it?

5. On a customers order details (on backoffice and PDF) the part which says "Carrier:" has nothing after it? Even though i have 4 different carriers and i have tried all of them...still nothing. Image attached.

6. And has anyone got any ideas how to remove the Save button on customised products, and to intergate it in to th "Add to cart" button?
