Stats about coupon are wrong

Good morning, I recently started a website using prestashop and I'm trying to figuring out how it works, and how all the sections work. I noticed, for example, that the stats reported in the "Stats" section, referring to the coupon codes are not right. To be more specific, the stats don't show me neither the correct number of coupon used neither the value associated to that coupon. I noticed, for example that all the transactions payed with paypal or with bank transfer that use a coupon code are not considered, maybe the coupon is counted, but the corresponding value is not associated to the coupon. I included a screen to better explain what I mean. Someone has useful information to solve this situation?

What version do you use?
what theme you have chosen?
Which modulo handles those stats?

Hi, here the answers: 

Version > 1.7.8.11

Theme > Coffeeter - Coffee Store Versione 1.1.0

Module of the stats is called "Miglior Buoni" see also the attached screen

Additional information: to create the coupon code I use a module called "Promozioni e sconti", see the second screen

I'm waiting for their answers, but I am not sure the problem is related to them or their module. The module of the stats is the prestashop one, and moreover the problem seems connected to the transactions payed with paypal and bank transfer. I read for example that Prestashop has some problem with Paypal transactions, for example sometimes an order that has been payed with paypal, in prestashop may be considered still as "not payed", generating some problems. Maybe this type of problems may also affect the stats.

As I imagined they answered that since the stats section is not thiers, they cannot give me answers.
