Remove "email", "Country" and "city" from adress

Hello, 
I'm using Prestashop 8.2.0

My store is from Tunisia, So i've created all the states of it and they are shown in the address. So there is no need to the country field and the city field.
Also 90% of tunisian don't use the e-mail, So is there is anyway to make it not-required ?

Hi, for the country, you can activate only Tunisia, so you'll have only one value, always selected tin country drop down menu. And you can hide it with css code. For email this is not possible because customer account is based on, and is required for transactional emails.

thx for the answer. I appretiate that.

Most of the Tunisian people don't use e-mails. This marketing system is not very used we mostly use SMS instead. 
So, is there is a way to create a js function that makes random emails, then i hide the email fild using css ?
