Slow site

[seasideaquatics]

lately my website www.seasideaquatics.com has been slow, click and wait for a minute for it to load.  So I contacted the server hosting and this is what they told me

"MySQL is consuming a significant amount of CPU, and some SQL processes have been running for a long time.
Please reach out to your website developer to explore the possibility of optimizing the database queries."

I dont have a clue, so anyone here know and can help fix this issue, please contact me and let me know [email protected]

also the site wont sent out new order email and have this error "Allow the PHP fopen() function on your server."

I can pay venmo, paypal or zelle.
