Using godaddy hosting & db, new install version cannot complete, why??

I am using godaddy hosting & db.

hosting - Linux
php is 5.0

follow the installation guide to step 4, press 'Next' but nothing happen.
No error, but CANNOT proceed to final step 'Installation completed'

I check my web site again, the pages seems installed, and found table created in database.

What is the problem?? Anyone can help? Thanks
