hisapon Posted December 1, 2024 Share Posted December 1, 2024 Hello everyone. This is a problem with Prestashop version 8.2 We are currently editing and customizing our email templates. All emails are sent in TEXT format only, so customization is also .txt only. I am trying to translate an email that was sent when I replied to a thread in the back office “Customer Service > Customer Service”. The translations are edited from “International>Translations>Email translations>Body>Core>my language”. The language translation itself was completed without problems. However, when I reply in the “Your answer to xxx” text box in the Customer Thread, the line breaks are displayed as <br /> HTML tags. <<Thread text box>> Hello. Thank you. <Text email sent (reply_msg.txt)> Hello.<br />Thank you. If anyone knows a solution, please help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
