Follow-up

Ieri sera stavo provando il modulo FOLLOW-UP CLIENTI (non l'avevo ancora visto :-) )
ma l'e-mail non parte.
Da quanto si evince leggendo l'e-mail che mi torna segnalando il mancato invio, vedo che manca l'indirizzo di posta elettronica del destinatario (vedi sotto dopo xxxx xxxxxxx).

Cercando nel forum non ho trovato nessun topic su questo tipo di problema.
Sbaglio io o manca qualcosa da qualche parte?
