Presta shop problem back office and login

the back office dosent load and when i go to login at front office it says

There is 1 error :

Authentication failed

so what should i do

your prestashop looks clean (original config) so just reinstall it, and then follow the instruction. the first time you install it make sure to change the 'admin' to something else like 'admin2' for instance, and then delete the 'install' folder.
