Some products' prices don't include VAT

Hello ! We are using prestashop version 8.1.7. We are currently having an issue with some of our products. They appear without the VAT when the customer is not logged in.

The tax rules are set and, as we are located in Belgium in the EU we have to apply the VAT based on the customer's country. In Belgium the VAT is 21%, In France it's 20%... We set the correct rate for each country and once the user is logged in, the prices are correct and if they select an address in another country, the prices are updated based on the new VAT.

But when the customer is not logged in, some of our products don't include the VAT. In the location settings, we set Belgium as the default country. All our products follow the same tax rule and customers in our default group "visitors" should see the VAT. We do not have a module that is supposed to override the VAT and what's weird is that it does not behave the same for every product... Some include the VAT and some don't.

But unless the customer is logged in and matches the conditions to have the prices without the VAT it should never happen. By default, if I am located in Belgium the price should include 21% of VAT.

Any idea what could cause this issue ? I tried to find additional settings that could be changed to fix that but everything that seems related has been correctly configured.
