Someone Running B2B / B2C Seller Marketplace Like Alibaba/Amazon?

Hello,

I am new to prestashop, is it possible to run prestashop for multiple sellers/vendors own control panel/admin panels & common marketplace frontend? In a nutshell is it possible to run multiple stores/sellers managing their own stores & central marketplace?

Examples?

1. Alibaba

2. Amazon
