Rafael
Hi all. I'm having an error with product slider widget of Elementor, in Warehouse theme. If the client belongs to "Clients" group (and is logged in), the buy button is not working, the product is not added to cart. If the client belongs to "Visitor" group, all works fine. If belongs to both groups (found this editing the client), all works fine too. I mean, the problem is specifically when the client belongs just to "Clients" group. This error occurs when there is some additional client group registered. If there are just the 3 "natives" groups from PS (visitor, guest, and client) the error does not occur. Please, ¿can someone help me with this strange error? Thank you in advance for the help. Best regards. Knowband Plugins
Hi, Navigate to the customer settings >> groups. Check the permissions for the "Clients" group. Ensure they have the correct permissions to add products to the cart If everything in the configuration is fine then please open your browser's developer tools (usually by pressing F12). Check the console for any JavaScript errors when attempting to add a product to the cart as a "Clients" group Inspect the network tab to see if any requests are failing or returning errors. Please share as it will help more closely to look into the issue.https://prnt.sc/_y6hWma8VDW4
Rafael
Hi Knowband. Thank you very much for your response. All permissions for "Clients" group are OK. No JS error appears in console. In network tab both requests are identical, but in error case, there is an empty response, while in OK case, there is a second request and both request get responses. I'm sharing screenshots of each case: 1-case-1-error-initial-request.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/9ZlLBh7EuwRq 2-case-1-error-initial-request-details.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/6Fs7uJUXSWw0 3-case-1-error-response-empty.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/TjsmH0abWLvo 4-case-2-ok-initial-request-second-request.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/0s-eQIHuTbAK 5-case-2-ok-first-request-details.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/y7zPBG02WOJ5 6-case-2-ok-first-request-response.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/VCVDLg6rlEo5 7-case-2-ok-second-request-details.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/GNnypcIZrDH5 8-case-2-ok-second-request-response.jpg --> https://prnt.sc/2mmTeQIrvNzx Thanks again for your help.
