I'm customizing my email templates, and I'm currently working on the Shipped template, but I'm having troubles when trying to use all the variables that should contain the delivery information (). Do you know how to use them properly, or are they set only during state change? I'm testing by re-sending the same email (shipped) of an already shipped product (testing product).
