Help with adding pages to the top right of the home page / menu

Hi all, I have a website in prestashop 8.1.3 and am wanting to add page links to the top right of the home page. 

 

Where do I start with adding this?

 

Also right now the menu is on the left and its annoying that it makes a second row when i feel it could have put the logo to the right and extended the menu across the top bar more as well. 

 

Any ideas on where i could add a page link to these areas?
