products are not synced in all shops

I have created a multi shop in prestashop 8.1.0 but the products are not synced between the stores even though at first the products where synced automatically any suggestions?

Hi, what do you mean by not synced (content, images, price, stock...)? Did you share catalog on all shops?

yes I mean that I cannot find the product in the other shop even if I tried to share when I change anything inside the product the product it self is not showing.

in the old product when I click on my store I can see file 2 but in the new products I can see file 1 and a you can see I canot see all the stores

It's better to do ti when you create the new shop group. You can modify it by modify Shop Group and activate

yes it is activated on both shops

When you create a new product and want to share it on all shops, you have to be in context all shop. And if you have differences in content, price.. select the shop context and edit product changes will be applied to the selected shop

when I try to create a new product on all shops it doesn't let me a pop up gives me choices to choose a single shop for the product!!!

So it means you didn't create groupe with share products 😞 Are you in live or dev?

now the website is still in the development phase but about finished!!

but at first they where shared and every thing was normal and I haven't played with these options!!
