Search with weird bug Prestashop 1.6

Heelo, my prestashop instalation is having a weird bug.
If i delete a product. All products, taht contain some of the same words on the name, no longer apear on search. It says the product you are looking for dont exist.

It works if i manually rebuild the search index. But due to personel acess limit that is not a optimal. Do anyone have a idea how to fix?

PS:English is not my native language, if it is hard to understand let me know.

You can use free Google translate or Deepl 😉 Do you have schedule tasks tools in your hosting? If so add a cron task with the link provided by Prestashop rebuild.

I tried to do that, But i dont really understand how cron jobs works. After a few tries i manage this for the cron:
 

"wget https://www.MySite.com.br/adminMySite/searchcron.php?full=1&token=w19mntqS&id_shop=1"

Tried to set it to work every 5 minutes. It didnt work. Am i setting it worng?
 

It is a cpanel, in linux.

What version of Prestashop are you using?
And a quick tip - maybe look into another search module? I love how JoliSearch work - it's so fast.
