Prestashop + baselinker issues

We're struggling with BL synchronization issues. After few hosting migrations, issues stays the same. Many orders send request getting back with error 500.

Baselinker see those errors but claiming its server side error. Hosting support even disabled mode security to verify any IP blocks etc.

Most of the logs with error 500 shows: ( folder / files permissions are set just fine )
