ale123
Hi guys. I don't see any checkboxes in the carrier restrictions for the payment modules. Any idea why ?

ale123
yes sorry, PS 8.1.2 , PHP 7.4.33, upgrade from 1.6 I think something was not populated properly in the tables, but i don't know what, `ps_module_carrier` is filled, and i can see the payment methods during the checkout, it's the BO that doesn't show the checkboxes. Prestashop Addict
Do you see check boxes in other sections of carriers preferences?

Prestashop Addict
Did you upgrade carriers modules to PS 8 compatible version?

Prestashop Addict
Did you reinstall paiement and carrier modules? May be a right access. Know issue from 1.6 upgrade.
ale123
No, no reinstalls, it was a new shop with database imported with a custom script, not a straight upgrade. That's why i'm asking which tables are involved for that section. Probably we missed something in the import script.
Prestashop Addict
You migrate tables directly?
ale123
No, tables were migrated by the official upgrade script. After a succesfull migration, we import "customers" data (like orders, customers, carriers, ...) manually because we run the import multiple times (one during the development of the new website, one when testing, one a couple of days before the migration and the last time during the switch over)
