kventures Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 I have followed the guide for the upgrade and when I get to this step, I have a problem. Right now my admin access to the backoffice doesn't show up on the webpage and neither does my website when I go to that page? I entered eg. http://www.mywebsite.com/install/ and nothing happens, but a page saying "the webpage cannot be displayed"? not sure what to do now?
