Knowband Plugins
Hello, Please attempt clearing the cache as an initial step. Additionally, ensure that the paths to your CSS files and images are accurate within your PrestaShop theme. Paths may vary when running your site locally compared to hosting it online. PrestaShop relies on an .htaccess file to manage various server configurations, including URL rewriting. Confirm that the .htaccess file in your PrestaShop root directory is configured correctly. If the aforementioned steps do not resolve the issue, inspecting the browser console can provide insights into the root cause. This will enable a closer examination of the problem.
