I'd like the action item of "Shipped" to not be sent to the customer as it is redundant for my business imo. How do you turn off order status email updates to the customer? Using PS 8.1. Thanks! Daresh Posted April 19, 2024 Share Posted April 19, 2024 You can turn off sending emails for order statuses in each order status settings: But there are a few cases that can't be disabled, like order_conf email or email with delivery tracking number. skijump Posted April 23, 2024 Author Share Posted April 23, 2024 Thanks! I keep forgetting there are tabs in the pages of the Settings! (I wish the tabs never existed haha.) In PS 8.1 I went to Shop Parameters -> Order Settings -> Statues Tab and changed the email up settings for Shipped. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
