Have a listing of different countries for delivery and billing

My Prestashop site is running on version 1.7.6.4 https://www.kine-stock.com/

I will explain my request to you :

My customers can only order in France, however, given that I accept orders from foreign countries (in particular through the forwarder of their choice), I would like them to be able to enter their country in the "Address of" block. billing".

I can't figure out how to do this, do you have any ideas please?

According to us, you want the customers to select their country in the Address form.

However, only France country is available to be selected in the Address form.

To allow customers from any country to enter their billing address while restricting shipping to only France on your PrestaShop site, follow these steps:

1. Enable All Countries: Go to International > Locations > Countries in your PrestaShop back office, and enable all countries by editing each one and setting Enabled to Yes.

2. Configure Shipping Restrictions: Ensure your shipping options are only available for France by going to Shipping > Preferences and adjusting the carrier options to limit shipping to France.
