$product.category_name on Multistore

Hi Prestashop experts,

I have an issue with my theme and I am not able to find any solution by my own.

My Prestashop is a multistore and I have default categories depending on the product. The issue is that the output I get from  $product.category it does not react to my store preferences. It gets the info from "product_table" but nor from "product_shop" table where the preferences by shop are set.

 

Does anyone have faced this kind of issue? In that case how could I make $product.category_name respect the current store?
