Change reference to sku - Prestashop 1.7.8.9

Good day, I hope someone can help me, or point me in the right direction. I want to change the 'reference' on Prestashop to 'SKU'. I am developing a website for a client which uses SKUs to find the products they sell, and they have asked if it's possible to change the 'reference' to 'SKU' on the backend and orders and everywhere on the site.

 

if someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, as I am unsure where to begin looking for this.
