log of change in the admin panel

is it possible to have the log or an history of the change and update in the admin panel of my store ?

I wan to monitor which account have created reduction and cart rules. Is it possible to know ?

From "Advanced parameters >> Logs" you can see what employee do, for example when they edit a product, but you can see only that they edited a product and the id of the product.
