The website is https://birdievinos.com For the last month or maybe more, some customers who enter our website are seeing prices without VAT. These customers are always apple device users: iphone, imac, tablet, mcbook etc... We do not understand what could be the problem and if you have to configure/program something special for apple operating systems? We have everything well configured or so I think. We have the customer groups in "show prices" "taxes included". In International/taxes we have active all 21% also the VAT IS 21% (from Spain). We allow orders from all over the world but there is only delivery zone in Spain because some customers order from abroad for friends, relatives who live in Spain. I attach images with the price with vat and others as viewed by users who do not see it with vat. Does anyone know where it may be going wrong for these customers to see our prices without VAT?
