Orders coming in with the address missing

Hi,

I'm on 1.7.7.2

For the last week we have suddenly been getting the odd order which comes in without the full address - only the country comes through. I can see the address in the customer's details but it doesn't come through into the order. Please see attached example. It is happening about 1% of the time and I can't figure out why.

If I click on the shipping address and try and select the address, I can see the full address, but when I try and save it, it comes up with the following error message:

An unexpected error occurred. [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\ContextErrorException code 0]: Notice: Undefined index: price_with_reduction_without_tax

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

There is also the attached error when I turn debug mode on

I've just found the problem - it was the ROCK POS module causing it for some reason. I don't know why as I haven't touched that module for over a year. As soon as I disabled it, I was able to add the missing addresses.
