Manage Employees and associate them to Services pages

Here is my case:

• I have Services pages
• I have Employees who can deal with one or more Services

I would like to accomplish this:

• Being able to manage Employees from the backend (create, edit, delete)
• Each Employee must have his own fields (Name, photo, phone, email, etc.)
• I want to be able to associate an Employee with one or more Services
• Associated Employees must appear in the respective Services pages in the "Our Staff" section

What is the best way to achieve this?

(For someone familiar with WordPress, this would be equivalent to creating a custom post type Employees, creating custom fields with Metabox and relating Employees to pages)
