Website doesn´t load on mobile

I'm having a problem loading the site on mobile.

On the computer everything is fine, but when I open it on the phone an orange square appears in the middle of the screen and it continues like this, I can't see anything.

I don´t now how to solved it.

Hi @AndrePacheco,

can you send me the URL of your shop? so I can check it, as most probably you can have some kind of Javascript error on mobile, and your page preloader or theme loader is displaying that orange square.

Hi @AndrePacheco,

in your CSS you have a rule which is displaying the preloader on mobile but somehow it's not hiding it(most probably after pageloading the preloader should be hidden, but in your case it is not working properly and the preloader stays visible on mobile version)

Have you found a way to disable the theme's preloaded in your them configuration module? as that one could solve this issue. Another (but ugly) workaround would be to hide from CSS the preloader element on mobile.
