jpjk
I am trying to migrate our PHP built webshop to Prestashop. One of our pages is made of calculators helpers : https://www.soundskulptor.com/en/calc.php The CMS pages do not accept the <form>...</form> balises. Is there a possible workaround? Thank you for your help.
dawnworldhub
Hi, PrestaShop CMS pages strip out <form> tags, so you can’t embed your calculator directly in a CMS page. A practical workaround is to either wrap your calculator in a custom PrestaShop module, which allows full integration and control, or host it externally and embed it using an <iframe>. Both approaches preserve the calculator’s functionality and make it maintainable. Another option is to create a custom template page in your theme for the calculator or inject the form dynamically with JavaScript, though these require more setup. The module or iFrame method is usually the cleanest and most reliable solution for full-featured calculators like yours.
Mr Rick Posted yesterday at 03:21 PM Share Posted yesterday at 03:21 PM Hi, You can use module for such purpose, like the one below. https://prestatoolkit.com/modules/7-products-on-cms.html
