How can I add a calculator in a CMS page

I am trying to migrate  our PHP built webshop to Prestashop.
One of our pages is made of calculators helpers : https://www.soundskulptor.com/en/calc.php

The CMS pages do not accept the <form>...</form> balises.

Is there a possible workaround?
