[JOB OFFER] - Fixing database connection

Greetings everybody.

Recently we are experiencing more and more, totally random 500 erros as shown below (backoffice and frontoffice). The hosting provider says everything is ok from their side so I need someone experienced to look at this from our side. Anyone who can help?

I'd say that this error should be fixed by your provider 🤷‍♂️

Well, this is the thing. I have contacted them twice because of this and they say the problem is not on their side. Do you have any suggestions, what exactly they should check on the server side?

Unfortunately I don't have the system knowledge to give you the solution but according to this thread from SO https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21091850/error-2013-hy000-lost-connection-to-mysql-server-at-reading-authorization-pa you could try to increase the connection timeout.

As you can read, all the possible solutions are from the server side, not from the software.

if your db config is correct and you get this error it is most probably on the hoster side
