tax Tax always added on invoice

Hello,

We have been having this problem where companies outside of the Netherlands should be exempt from paying tax.
Customers can make a professional account and can go to checkout where they don't have to pay taxes. With the help of some modules this all works like a charm. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is after the customer has paid, the invoice that gets send still shows the tax included. Also in the backend the total price shows is tax inclusive, even though it's not the price paid at checkout.

Any ideas about why this is happening?
