Major delay during log-in (front end). - presta 1.7.6.4

My clients are experiencing a long delay (lag time) when they try to login to their accounts on my ecommerce site.
I upgraded my hosting plan thinking it's from speed or ram but it changed nothing.

Can anyone please tell me why this is happening? today we receieved many complaints about it from clients.
