Upgrade prestashop from 1.7.5.2 to latest build

Hi

I want to upgrade my store but the automatic upgrade doesn't work.

 

I would like to find someone to upgrade it and would like to know prices and how long it takes.

I have some errors in backoffice (they were working fine but after 2 changes from my server provided they stopped working correctly):

Products combinations not working correctly (can't save after editing)

Products info can't be changed, eg description or stock level (the product page won't save)

When adding a new page in CMS and choosing it to appear in the frontoffice (footer), it takes forever to appear in the frontoffice (it eventually appears, but takes some days)

 

Some info about the current instalation, let me know if you require any extra info.

 

Prestashop 1.7.5.2

Theme AngarTheme version 2.4.2

Customers: 2600+-

Orders: 2600+-

Server software : LiteSpeed

PHP version: 7.2.34

Maximum upload file size for : 128M

MySQL version: 5.7.38-cll-lve

it sound like you running low on RAM. Where are you hosting?

I recommend you make a copy of this server and try to upgrade that at first. You will have a develop and a production server. Then you can test any thing on develop server. There is a famous 1-click upgrade from prestashop you can use yourself.

Yes I did try to do the 1-click upgrade but there were several errors and it didn't complete the upgrade process.

On ihosts3.com but now is behind a firewall since it was attacked with L7 attacks, not sure of the server specs.

they have an influence, a reason why servers seduce with low prices is often that those have hardly any RAM nor space.
