Is this a scam on prestashop module messages?

The funny thing is the date of sending this is 15 Nov 2021. But i did not sent nothing like this. Second i am not support team. It looks like a exploit some sort of on prestashop page? This highlited on read color as unread today.

Ask from a prestashop help desk in their website with the pop up chat box. It is safer to do that, although I think there is no harm for you with this message as the domain name is the real one.

This is a safe message, but I don't know why it has been sent now.

Hi,

It looks like a scam message for me because nobody asks for a passport via link. Please ignore it because many people get such messages in the cyber world.

Addons often checks any legal documents if they any suspicion of fraudulent order.  So that part is just a bit strange   but date s really strange and most likely a bug.
