Products URLs do not auto rewrite after change

Hi,

I changed products FURL from

{category:/}{id}{-:id_product_attribute}-{rewrite}{-:ean13}.html

to

{category:/}{id}{-:id_product_attribute}/{rewrite}{-:ean13}.html

 

When I access old URL it does not auto point to new one BUT for categories and other pages it does. I get 404 when accessing old URL. Any advice/help please?

P.S. I regenerated .htaccess

do you have a back up to undo the damage? What version you are using? and why did you do that in the first place?

I am advanced user, had purpose to do so  However, I thought PrestaShop should handle this automatically. Apparently, I noticed it does not for Products. I quickly sorted it via .htaccess rewrite rules and prepared custom controller to handle that. Now all is OK.

If you have not tried to clear all caches yet then try that this can solve the problem.

I did, cleared and physically deleted too. Nothing.
