Great work!  I've always admired the work our of Spain.  

Consider:

• Guest checkout
• amazon/apple pay 'in front' of checkout....very popular payment methods and it skips checkout, but posts order in back office
• if most people are going to pick up, maybe if you change sort on shipping preferences, try to get the Free Pickup carrier to display in cart so transport costs not shown.  
• remover terms and conditions from checkout, it's not necessary and really nobody has done that since the 90's.
• see if eligible for stripe, they have a much nicer cc intake without leaving to 3rd party
• cc should be first in payment methods, open if possible

use luckyorange, to watch your visitors experience and look for friction, this way you won't need to guess how to improve

make sure to hook up google search console and monitor your analytics

I reckon you loose a lot of visitors due to the overcrowded menu, High drop out above 70 - 80%? The overcrowded products you exhibit. Keep it simple, group all products in categories where you can have more bundled. The Menu plus the amount of products shown do not invite people to go to a products. A simple drop down does much more that a overblown menu. Colorwise have a look into less shrill colors. More creme color and less bitting.

With fewer products, you can place category pictures and place some description for each category. 6 to 8 what you need to archieve is that prospective visitors click to go further. For people in hurry place the search funktion into the place where now is especialistas en tartas de panales.
