Local version of Prestashop - Themes & addons update

Hi,

I made a local version (development environment) of my website on my computer to test and validate the upgrade (did it with 1-Click Upgrade).
Now that I updated Prestashop's version, I would love to update all add-ons and the theme installed on website. 

My issue is that Prestashop official directory won't let me download/install the latest version as my online website (actually connected to Prestashop's directory) is currently on an older version of Prestashop.

I attached a screenshot to let you see the issue I got out there.

What are the solutions for me to grab the latest versions of theme/addons to validate my update and apply it to production environment ?

is your support on these addons not expired? You can only download the latest version when support or business care option is up to date. If not, you will have to extend it by buying business care on the addons site for the addons you need to update.
