Hi,

Trying to install it on Ps 1.6.1.24 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/modules/smartblog/smartblog.php:

Our smatblog free version only work in Ps 1.7.x

If you use smartblog pro 1.6.x version please contact with our support team.

Please note that this guys are scammers, it has nothing to do with the real elementor plugin for wordpress. 

It ruins your layout as it will only work with the default theme and if you ask for a refund they never give it back because its not a theme issue. So if you have any theme from thforest it will not work.

Did you open a support ticket? So many people are using our modules with satisfaction. You can use this module with many other themes as well

Thank you for your information. This is old version. Which may be you got with any paid theme which is free version.  You will got update version from our site classydevs.com

Hello,

I instaled the SmartBlog Pro module with addons at Presta Shop 1.6 (module version for Presta Shop 1.6). I can't open module configuration page. Im getting an error. Can you fix it and also check if everything else is working properly (adding a post, main page with blog etc.) ? I had an older version of your module installed before , so there may be old posts. Please do not delete them. It is important to me to fix it as soon as possible.

You need to update the 1.6 pro version from our site.

Secondly, fixing client site is paid work. You can hire freelancer or our freelancer team to check and fix technical issues.

I cannot reproduce the error with the same characteristics.

I have created a category and sub-category perfectly and moved the content to them.

Try upgrading php to 7.4.33, and remove and reinstall smartblog.
Check .htaccess

I can't think of anything else.

I also have a lot of trouble with this module in PS 1.7.7

The free module is very poor, thumbnails do not update, and Meta descriptions and Meta atitle cannot be read out by google. So I decided the buy Smartblog 5.0. Took me several days to download the module because it was not availabble. Support ( From India??) is very poor.

No I have the module, but cannot get it upgraded in the way that my old blogs and blog URL are still there. Upgrade is nog possible. If I remove the old module, and install the new version, then all my blogs are gone.

Does anyone know how to solve? Or can anyone recommend better Blog Module?
