Add parameters in confirmation page URL

Hi,

I do have a client who wants to track the kind of customers that purchase on his store.

My idea was to add the group of the customer in the url of the confirmation page as a parameter so the client can track this info in Google Analytics.

Do you have any idea how to do that ?
