Module PosSpecialProducts - paid module adjustment

I'm looking for paid module adjustment. I need to made some changes in PosSpecialProducts module. Module is showing products with special price on homepage. Standard sort options are by id, name, postion, date. I need to add another one by "random". Is someone here who is able to do this? For money, of course.
